Run in safe mode and then systematicly clean things up. Using a VMware p2v conversion from a running system is the safest bet though. A quick Google search suggests that mup.sys is usually associated with USB hardware so it may be a USB 2.0/3.0 driver or something else associated. There are more then likely going to be hardware device drivers installed which cause the OS to crash when they attempt to load on a different hardware platcorm. Did you convert an image file which was previously captured from a running, non sysprepped machine via ghost? If so you're going to have a bad time. ![]()
